These books are based on research and +15 years of experience in the retail industry. Research about retail, e-commerce and technology trends that I have been gathering in the cloud since 2014, when I was a consultant at Accenture. Many years have passed, working for retail companies in different countries and meeting experienced and innovative people.
The Fashion Retailer blog is probably what made me confident enough to write my first books about the retail industry in the digital era. The blog offers me the opportunity to discuss and interview entrepreneurs and executives that are leading the retail omnichannel transformation. Those essential conversations broaden my perspective on how technologies are making businesses more effective.
